"Nice hotel but let down with easily repairable standard faults"

Great location Good lifeguards handling towels out.

Pool didn’t open until 11am 🤷‍♂️ English Breakfast cold every morning I stopped there. A older gentleman with a beard at the pool bar serving food & drinks is very rude & miserable.

"Sleepless in Puerto Banus"

Nice hotel & great location, sadly let down by an entire week of sleepless nights. The room we were allocated was adjacent to the reception and lobby bar, unfortunately the hotel were unable to move us so we had to endure a whole week of disturbed nights. We're no party poopers & appreciate the younger crowd are there to enjoy themselves, but the hotel did nothing to curb the noise levels. A token bottle of cheap cava left in our room was not the remedy we'd hoped for when voicing our concerns.

Excellent emplacement à PUERTO BANUS. Hôtel quasi neuf et chambres spacieuses

On aurait aimé un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner.
