Once my wife and I checked in we were given a different room than what was booked. It was almost like bait and switch. Show one room online and provide a different one at check in. The accommodations that my wife and I expected wasn't provided. Home 2 Suites has been our go to hotel for the last few years. Maybe it's time to change?

Everything was great only one issue of concern. I typically use 5 star accommodations and for the money I would choose this everytime. I will use again!

The beds are very uncomfortable almost painful!
