How firm the bed was.

There wasn't enough parking. I had to configure the TV for an hour to watch it. The bathroom wasn't clean. The pillows were like big rolls of toilet paper. I could hear people in the rooms next to me and above me all night. The fridge was very loud. I won't stay again.

Neat and clean. Seemed updated.

Can hear other rooms above us - people walking heavily.

Breakfast was OK. Not very many options to choose from.

Our sink in our room was plugged in stunk. The bathtub did not drain.

The hotel is being upgraded and is still in progress. The upgrades are nice and will be wonderful when complete. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The price for the accommodation was lower than other local hotels.

Room was cold and thermostat would not work.

1. Making the reservation - it did not say i was prepaying with no ability to cancel. 2. The building looks like it got half renovated and then they stopped. Parking lot looks a mess. 3. The door to the hallways to access the rooms greets you with a giant x “do not cross” sign welcoming you with the feeling you are entering a crime scene. 4. The vending and ice machines were not operational. 5. The room looked ok but i have never seen a hotel room without a dresser. It looked very sparsely furnished. 6. Paint job gave a “landlord special” feel. There was gunk painted into the door jam of the bathroom. 7. The pillows were shaped weird. I have never seen hotel pillows smooshed to half their size and arranged awkwardly on the bed. 8. The fridge wasn’t cold. 9. The tv had maybe 10 channels, only 5 or so were in English. 10. At around 9:30 pm a set of security lights in the parking lot turned on and were shining right in the room. Strangely, the room had a pair of decorative curtain panels, that could not be draped across to close the window, it only had a set of sheers. The sheers are translucent. They do not block light. When we complained that the room did not have light blocking curtains, we were told yes it did. It did not. The “curtains” were basically like a decorative valance. I’m still don’t understand this. 11. After 9:00 pm we got a knock on the door by someone from the front desk confusing us with another room. We left before midnight.
