The facilities in the hotel aren't functioning well. No hot shower, no light in the bathroom and the bathroom is not cleaned.
Cuando llegamos las sábanas estaban sucias. La habitación está bastante impresentable, sillas rotas, sabanas sucias y rotas, techos desconchados, ventanales con moho, cerradura medio caída, techo con cables sueltos, marcos de puertas destrozados.

Room facilities was far below my expectation. bed and tower are dirty. bathroom ceiling are missing whole pieces.
