Staff was polite Didn't see any bed bugs The room had 2 beds

The room was dirty. The curtains were torn. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in corners. The. Comforters had burnt cigarette holes on them. The worst was the human bodily fluids on one of the bed skirts. I've never seen such a disgusting hotel. I tried to change rooms but they were full. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ice machine was on another floor and didn’t work. Drink machine on 3rd floor was labeled wrong so bought 2 drinks we didn’t drink. Gave to desk person. She could refund us our money :(
