Cleanliness, outdated furniture, outdated bathroom

Location is good.

The maintenance items all looked shoddy, makedo! Toilet seat was missing a bolt, toilet was slightly loose. The effort to caulk around the tub area looks like it was done by a child. The carpet was very pretty but after taking our shoes off our socks were just filthy black from walking around on it. I was quite surprised to see the Marriott label associated with the facility, obviously the need to send a rep there to reevaluate.

Bad breakfast provision. Coffee was very mediocre. There were no muffins and necessary sides were missing ie butter, jam, salt, pepper, spoons, napkins etc. Old hotel rooms. There're NO pros.

There was no proper room cleaning service, we had to ask repeatedly to get it done. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. We had to ask the front desk to fix it, we were told that the exhaust was unplugged as it's very loud. We just had to tolerate the fan's noise, as it was needed. To our surprise, we didn't see any cars parked outside, even though, on the web, the hotel was showing as a sold out. Small rooms, Wi-Fi was very slow, TV didn't work, couldn't see any channels as Wi-Fi needed to start the cable box. Very bad breakfast provision.

This hotel was severly dated and the pictures on their website looks nothing like their rooms. Our room smelled musty and moldy along with having dirty sheets on one of the beds. Refrigirator did not get cold at all. Carpet was disgusting.
