Spacious room, clean property.

The parking

Room wasn't ready when I checked in at 8:30pm, was given a new room that didn't have heat, changed rooms again at 11:30pm and in that room the shower didn't work and there was blood on the sheets. I was moved to another room at 1:30am and the heat would get over 65.

Breakfast was great

The room temperature could not be controlled, and it was very cold in the suite. Also, parking was terrible because of the cars using the lot for airport parking. It was extremely difficult to find a spot near the hotel.

We loved the included breakfast with the custom omelet and buffet! Our room size was great. We had a king bed in a bedroom, with a pull out couch in the living room. The pull out couch was not very comfortable. My boys slept on it and they were okay. But they did complain about the springs. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The first day we got there, our room was too hot. We talked to the staff at the fr9nt desk and they fixed it quickly. I had to keep the temperature lower than the target temperature though, so they room would feel cool enough. The pool was nice and the boys had a blast! We had the Pure Wellness room and the air purifier and shower head with filter were a nice touch. The clean toiletries were amazing too!

We enjoyed the breakfast and the level of service provided by most of the staff. Check in and check out were efficient and well coordinated.

The gentleman that was on duty late night on Friday, November 28, 2025 was not helpful at all when we attempted to retrieve extra towels that the earlier desk staff told us they would leave at the desk for us.
