Reef Resort Villas Port Douglas

All our friends stayed at same Place. Staff were helpful

The pool pump was broken and made the pool cold so you couldn’t really swim. This would have been nice to know before arriving as we may have been able to make alternate accommodation arrangements. The pool is advertised as catered to the conditions.

Villa was big and roomy ideal for a larger family, the pool was perfect for our kids, really good value.

The reef resort has so much potential but there is a need for some TLC and more staffed times for reception, the bar and kitchen. It doesn’t feel like a resort because the lobby and bar is always closed.

Room was big, pool was beautiful, staff were very friendly.

My husband was happy with the pool Really happy with our apartment everything nice and new.

No complaints. For others it advertises on the Billboard that’s it has a restaurant,but it’s only open on certain days and that’s for lunch, but for us we didn’t need it.

Easy access and checkin process

The unit was older than pictured.

The villa was very comfortable, the pool was great and the staff and service was amazing.

It is a little far from the town centre.
