City Suites Hotel

The hotel was in the area I wanted to stay in and the overnight parking was reasonably priced and close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The keycard system is horrible. It is hard to swipe the card and we had to go down to the front desk to get the cards reactivated because they would not open the door to our room. Elevator was working while we were there. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend it because it is really dated and has a musty smell. The rooms need to be updated. The age of the carpet, bathroom tile, and furniture was well past its prime and made me feel like the room was not clean.

Not a long walk to Wrigley Field. Atmosphere was nice and the main area was very clean and interesting. Rooms were also clean and welcoming although the bathroom (tiles, window) were a little subpar. Noise level was really good considering how close you are to the train. Service was excellent. Mini-bar is available for additional charge. Elevator could only fit 3 people (or 2 with luggage) but it was never a long wait for it to arrive. Parking very close and plenty of restaurants on the same street with a Target nearby as well.

This is a historic building, expect an older style space. It's clean and functional The front desk was friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable .

Great room with 2 beds and a pullout couch and 2 TVs. Worked great for my family. Great location, close to el and a great neighborhood. A historic and interesting nabe to stay in.

Our room was too dark. The only sunlight came in from the bathroom. The hotel taxes hiked the nightly rate to way more than I had budgeted for. For the price, I would have liked a few more perks and luxuries.

Nos gustó que haya estado a unos pasos del metro para poder movernos a los puntos turísticos. Y que al rededor haya muchos lugares para salir a comer o simplemente hacer super. Estábamos a 25 min. De la zona mas turística de Chicago. No pasamos frio y el baño tienen buen tamaño.

Tiene un olor particular.
