"Not good! Don’t stay here!"

Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here, smelly rooms, you can hear people in the hallways, bathrooms next door, everything in the room is torn and wallpaper coming off. The customer service later in the evening isn’t good, they are rude and unhelpful. The worst part is we waited 5 weeks for our incidental deposit to be refunded! After many attempts to contact them we finally got it back yesterday, it’s a bit of a dodgy area also. Won’t be returning ever.

"Airport hotel stay"

Such a great way to spend a night after a big flight. As an airport hotel it had a very welcome feeling. The airport transfer was a breeze. The breakfast was very nice quality, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Carlos the manager was so helpful and very hospitable. It had such good vibes because of him.

Jeff worked with us to get our room moved due to cigar smoking on our initial floor. He also worked with us to get our parking straighted out due to cheap parking being horrible. Thank you so much Jeff & the other woman working that evening (sorry I didn't get her name).
