The mattress offered an inadequate level of comfort, and the pillows were of substandard quality. The bed frame exhibited damage. The decor appeared outdated and had not been updated.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool, as I was traveling with my children. However, upon arrival, I found out that the pool was closed for renovations, and this was not disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel refused to cancel my reservation, even though the main reason for choosing this place was no longer valid. I contacted customer support, and they acknowledged that my case was reasonable and said they would resolve the issue. As a result, I had to leave and book another hotel. In the end, I did not receive a proper refund — only $43 was compensated, which clearly does not reflect the situation. On top of that, I was asked to leave a review, even though I never actually stayed at the hotel. I strongly recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm that all essential amenities (such as a pool) are available, because resolving issues like this afterward can be very difficult.
