Found hair in the pillow when I check in. They didn’t offer me the invoice ， I booked 2 rooms， I spend lots of time ask my 2 rooms charge invoice ， but they send me 2 same copy with 1 room and price 0 in invoice . I paid nearly 200$ per room. What’s wrong with them . Terrible ， never recommend

The breakfast was wonderful. I was starving! The staff at breakfast was great. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen area. Pretty quiet overall. The shuttle to the airport was great. On time and he helped me with my luggage. I really appreciated that!

I don't usually stay in a hotel anymore. I paid almost $180.00 for a night here. There was not a restaurant on site. They had some frozen meals to nuke in your room. So I bought that. I wasn't told I needed to use my key to operate the elevator. So that took up more of my time to figure that out. Not everyone knows the ins and outs of hotel technology these days. I did not like the small pillows on the King sized bed.

The building looks new and well maintained. Check in and front desk staffs were eager to help. We didn’t want cleaning for our stay but the rooms were clean. Our room was a king suite and it was very roomy and with all the amenities we needed. Didn’t use the kitchen but it’s nice to have a full size fridge. Very good experience.

I was unhappy with a few things 1) no Tylenol or Advil for sale 2) a couple of light bulbs in my room were out 3) my bath water was so low of pressure it took a very long time to fill didn't stay hot 4) I was charged $10 for parking upon exiting because no one was at the front desk when I checked out so I didn't have a ticket or whatever I needed, rediculous.

Property was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really don’t have anything to complain about….sometimes parking was an issue if we came back to the hotel late.

Name on reservation was my husband's. He was not with us and despite a not so common last name and me showing my reservation on expedia, staff would not let me check in. I had to reach out to expedia to have the name changed. First time it happened to me. Room was dirty. I found a dirty t-shirt and dirty socks in a drawer (which I returned to the front desk). The wash cloths in the bathroom were covered with hair. And general cleanliness of the room was questionable. The hotel is really convenient because of its location but there needs to be improvement with cleanliness and front desk staff.

Spacious rooms and good breakfast! We love staying here whenever we’re in town. The only complaint is the fridge in our room was broken during our stay.

Lots. The whole parking/ticket situation was a pain. We came back from our outing on Saturday night and there was not one single parking space available. People ended up double parking. The hotel staff ended up having us park on the curb at the front. Hot tub was closed. Shampoo bottle was empty. They only provided two towels for a family room that had three beds!?! There was no bedding for the pull-out so I had to get some from the front desk.

The bathroom did not accommodate my mobility issues very well. The breakfast was not very good. Too expensive for the value.

For $320 a night we were welcomed with hairs in the bed on the fitted sheets. The AC made noise as if a construction crew was in our room, forcing us to turn if off altogether. At checkout the frontdesk lady did not even bother to ask ic we had a good stay. Very poor experience.
