Location was ideal as it was close to Fort Jackson

The property is wonderful. The fact that the hotel overbooked is the problem . We called the hotel whilst on our way and they never said anything. We were placed in room 220 without the two beds we booked and to make matters worse they charged my card twice and tells me they’re only seeing one charge.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Nicest ever! The room was huge, clean and the staff was so accommodating. Full size refrigerator with everything you would need in the kitchen The free breakfast was outstanding. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful job they do here.

Really liked the set up in the suite which included microwave and dishwasher. Ideal for a family stay. Breakfast included was an added bonus. Would recommend.

Buyer BEWARE! I was charged full price for a room I did not use and was told I would be refunded for - minus a hefty cancellation fee of $100. I inadvertently booked a Friday night instead of the night I needed, a Tuesday of the following week. I called within one minute of noticing the error. The manager would not speak to me- he still won't and his voicemail box is full. I was told that I would be charged the cancellation fee even though I was not cancelling and only needed the switch the dates. They would not permit me to do so. I called Hilton and spoke to a supervisor who was also unable to get the hotel manager to take her call. She said there was nothing she could do if the manager did not change the charges. I went to my bank to stop payment and that still did not work. The hotel pushed through a charge of $220. for a room I did not use, tried to change, ultimately cancelled for the alleged $100 fee. My son has been staying at this location for 3 months for work training and said he was double billed for a couple weeks. He said when he spoke to the manager on site that he was not going to refund the double billing. My son told the manager that if he didn't refund the money then he could deal with the lawyers from the agency where he works - they are footing the bill. Bottom line, if you have an issue with anything at this location, you will not be helped, you will be ripped off and apparently there is nothing that can be done when this hotel steals your money.

Never been to South Carolina and chose this location on how close it was to Ft.Jackson AFB and the hotel was very clean and the customer service was EXCELLENT!! The room was very clean and had a small kitchen with refrigerator which was nice that we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. We will be staying here again.

Staff fixed every issue quickly

Not as clean as I would expect from Hilton room smelled musty the rest of the hotel. Outside and lobby smelled amazing!!!

Great place to stay while visiting Congaree National Park. Nice staff and quick and easy breakfast. We loved the hotel cats.

The hotel was very nicely furnished and the room was spacious and clean. Good selection of breakfasts items and the location was convenient.
