Love it

Room space was great. Very easy to find location and was perfect as we were there for a graduation at fort Jackson.

I forgot to pack my own personal shampoo and conditioner and was hoping to use the one in the room and when I got in the shower it was completely empty. Everything else was perfect!

Very nice location, clean and large rooms.

When we arrived, it was hard to find anyone to check us in.

The room was clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was clean and tasty.

3 of our 6 pillows had dog hair on them. Like a lot of hair my daughter said sheets are clean but lots of eye lashes 😊 it was fine because we had our own pillow cases but that is definitely something to work on.

My room was perfect, a nice little suite! It was immaculate! The hotel employees were friendly and acted like they wanted me there!

If you make me complain, I'd say its trouble for me that they don't actually put the trash bags in the receptacles; they drape them on the edge which means I have to put them in.

Unser 1. Zimmer hatte wirklich viele Haare im Bett. Es waren auf dem ganzen Bett Bartstoppel. Auch das Kopfteil vom Bett war dreckig. Wir sind wirklich nicht heikel, wegen 2-3 Haaren wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Es fühlte sich so an, als ob das Bett gar nicht frisch angezogen war. Wir haben dies der Rezeption mitgeteilt und bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer. Das Bett war sauber. Leider war der Seifenspender von der Wand abgerissen und hatte Blut dran, sogar ziemlich offensichtlich. Keine Ahnung wieso das nicht geputzt/repariert wurde. Nichtsdestotrotz gaben wir uns mit diesem Zimmer zufrieden. Ich denke wir hatten wirklich Pech. Ansonsten sah das gesamte Hotel sehr einladend aus.
