"Excellent"

Pretty great overall, pool was kinda cold, even with how hot the weather was during our stay. Staff was friendly, free breakfast was pretty decent.

"Smells"

Such friendly staff at this best western and everything appeared clean; however it smelled unpleasant in the lobby and halls. The room smelled fresher but still not the best. Breakfast was nice and breakfast staff was attentive. Tiny bathroom in double queen room so not ideal for family with kids. Noticed leak buildup under bathroom sink had not been cleaned .

"Very disappointing"

Yummy breakfast.

The smoke smell was overwhelming from the lobby to our room. There was a cigarette burn on our shower curtain. The sheets were old and not very white.

"We were very pleased with our stay."

Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff were all friendly. Room was also quiet, it was nice!

"Exceptional"

The staff was gracious and welcoming but professional. The room and hotel was immaculate. All repairs had been done but some renovations were obvious. I will defintly stay here again!
