"Management bent over backwards to solve a problem."

The rooms that were reserved were smoking rooms--which was not what I wanted. It was not the hotel's fault, I looked at the reservation, and it said smoking rooms--not sure how or why--I guess I did not check it properly. The hotel was sold out, but fortunately I came to check in relatively early. It took a couple of hours, but the hotel managed to switch both rooms to non smoking. I was very impressed with the manager.

"Great hotel"

The beds was very comfy!!! The room was very clean and updated!!! The breakfast was great with a lot of selections!!! The only thing I would like better is the water pressure was weak. But I would stay there again!!!

"Door opened before we even checked in"

When we got to our room the door was open and it smelled like someone was smoking in there. It was a no smoking room, we did let the front desk known. I don't know if housekeeping left it open so they could go in whenever they wanted to take a break and a smoke, but i thought it made us very uncomfortable.
