Place d'Armes Hotel

I have stayed at this place twice and it just keeps getting better. Less then two blocs away from Bourbon Street and a half block from Jackson Square makes it a perfect location to enjoy without the noise. The courtyard is sensational. The room was great. Parking is valet and quick

Amazing Hotel.

The staff is delightful. The hotel is charming and in a great location. 10/10

The room was clean, the whole facility enchanting, and the staff engaging. We had a great time here and felt welcome immediately. The location is awesome as well!

We booked a balcony room, the balcony was complete with a full ashtray!! The room (223) was at the top of a flight of stairs. The balcony was lovely and had views down to Jackson Square, we sat out a lot. The access to the balcony was not direct from the room, we had to go out of our room and open the sash window at the top of the stairs which wasn't ideal. The room overall was shabby and tired, the cleaning could have been better and the air con unit was noisy. On the 2nd morning maintenance were clearly working in a room above us, very noisy, I called to reception and the noise stopped and we were told they wouldn't start until 9am the next day, but at 7am the noise started again. This is a very average hotel, we wouldn't return.

Make sure you do not get the front rooms if you plan to sleep on a weekend night. Both inside and out every door slam, every elevator

This is an excellent place to stay with lots of history. Out of all the places we've stayed in in New Orleans we keep coming back here. The staff are amazing and the location is convenient to Jackson square, tons of great restaurants and shops.

A nice place to stay but they could use to change a few things. They used to have a continental breakfast until 10am, for the prices they charge they should bring it back. They should also have larger size towels upon request for us "bigger" guests. The staff is excellent, very friendly. Stewart and Andrew the Bellmen. Mark, Matrice and Patrice at the front desk. The recently remodeled rooms look great.

This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and pool. Indoor parking was nice. The room was very nice and bed was really comfortable. It was near Jackson Square and the Cathedral plus Bourbon Street and tons of stores and restaurants.

It’s just a beautiful place to say it has all of the above love it
