I was upgraded to a better room for free. This is much appreciated.

The Location and the fact it advertised it had renovated

Very old, at checkin they did not advise that some of the rooms are not renovated. Very old / aged facility

It was a good stay. My room rate was quite expensive for the value I received. For over $300 I expected more but overall it was acceptable. The checking in and check out process was quite slow. Others kept jumping the queue and the staff entertained it. That was quite annoying.

Almost nothing. The organisation of the hotel is not geared at satisfying its customers but built around its own admin processes. It is far from reaching the quality criteria of a 5 stars hotel

Payment of the stay up front as if all customers were thieves: different accounts for different services that made you pay/sign several time s (you sign for food, you sign for drinks ...); old infrastructure in desperate need for renovation; very noisy.

Staff friendliness and responsiveness

The hotel could look better and be more comfortable. My rooms AC wasn’t cooling. Engineering came to look at it but still nothing. The fridge didn’t work well. Had no adapter to plug in devices to charge. Didn’t expect any of this from continental hotel. Not even a complimentary robe with flip flops was given

I love the staffs and their bed

Are AC was not working well even wen I call the operators
