My wife and I booked this on the tail end of a trip. Our expectations were far exceeded. Everyone was over the top friendly, everything was clean and tidy. Really nice place and close proximity to the water front on a short walk. They also offer shuttle service to the airport at a far better rate than booking a taxi.

1) friendly staff, 2) easy shuttle to the airport (5 min)

1) shower drainage was very poor. Water accumulated quickly, creating a large puddle in the shower area, 2) thin walls, we could hear guests in the room next to us, 3) there was a wet towel left on the shower floor, which gave a poor first impression regarding cleanliness. I wish I had chosen a better hotel to close off my Italy trip.
