The only thing worse than staying at this hotel would have been sleeping on the street outside. The noise from the freeway, the train, and the inconsiderate customer in the room above us (that the hotel staff did not seem inclined to help with) made for a completely sleepless night. Do not stay here.

It was very clean and the breakfast was great too !

I didn’t like that the elevator was accessible for anyone from the street . It went from the garage where you park up to any floor without needing a room key. I would have liked the extra security atleast going up to the room floors ..

The breakfast staff were amazing and the food was great. The bathrooms had been re-done and were lovely.

The front desk help were not friendly or helpful. They never smiled or explained anything. Also there was a strange smell at times.
