The main thing I appreciated was I called early afternoon to ask for a easily accessible room due to son's disability. I mentioned we had a dog and was informed they had no more "dog" rooms and we wouldn't be able to stay there. I was scrambling for another place with no luck. About 10 minutes later, they called back and said they had a room for us.

They left us with less than a roll of toilet paper. I called and they said I would need to come to the lobby to get it. Had to use kleenex. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. When you turned off the light switch, the TV also went off. Most of the plug ins on the lamps didn't work. Amenities didn't match what was on website. No smoke alarm in the room. No bath mat to keep you from slipping getting out of the shower. My son fell getting out of the tub.

Needs lots of repairs. Window in room must have been broken into once and not repaired. Electrical with duct tape. Bathroom ceiling needing repaired with missing drywall. Floors very dingy that my socks came back black on the bottom. And a work crew staying at hotel outside our window and door all night long with loud music and drinking. Beer garbage everywhere.

I didn’t expect a pristine palace or anything, considering what I paid. I was honestly just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep for the night and shower in the morning for an affordable price, as I was traveling across country. However, the Bathroom was not cleaned satisfactorily, there were stains all over the wall, not sure from what? The shower curtain rod was barely hanging onto the wall. There were two queen beds, both only had a sheet to cover the mattress and a very thin cover/quilt, no top sheet or any kind of blanket. The halls and outside area smelled like marijuana. There were several people mulling around outside the building late at night and the next morning (not sure who they were or why they were there). Overall poor experience. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Did not feel very secure as a female without any sort of front desk staff available. But again, I got what I paid for which was a bed to sleep in.

I was exhausted and cranky from an emergency cross country road trip. Stopped here. Desk clerk was super pleasant, could see I was fired from the road and he got me hooked up quickly efficiently and pleasantly. Room was very nice, large, clean, and quiet. Towels were clean but cheap and rough. However, I am also sorta a weirdo and love big soft bath towels and for the reasonable price of the room, I shouldn't have expected everything to be perfect. Overall was a wonderful place to recharge.

The staff were very nice! This property is obviously in transition and had some up fits, but it needs a LOT of work. The first room had hairs on the pillowcases. We were moved to a room that had no cover on the air conditioner. It was quite late and we just wanted to go to sleep, so we took it, but the place was not acceptable.
