I liked it all

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at a wonderful local restaurant she told us about. And had breakfast at another local restaurant she recommended. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was next to busy highway but it was quiet in our room.

Clean accommodations, good breakfast, easy to get to, friendly staff.

It's obviously an older facility.

The neighborhood feels sketchy when you drive up. The exterior looks like it could use some upgrading. The interior was clean, the staff was friendly. We were just worried about our car being parked here.

My husband and I stayed here on our trip back to Colorado based on positive reviews. We sure did not have the same experience most had. Pros: nice sized fridge, check in was easy, breakfast ok. Cons: not a comfortable bed, bed had very thin sheets and a thin coverlet with no additional blankets in the room, bathroom terribly small, light bulb out over vanity (I mean come on!), noisy, desk chair non functional (rollers had been removed), shower didn’t drain, tiny trash cans, styrofoam cups even at breakfast. It just was not a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit was provided. Liked the raisin toast! Enjoyed the large room for eating and not being crowded.

Prices elevated due to the baseball World Series / Slumpbuster, so room cost more than it would have otherwise, making it not as good of a value. My biggest complaint was the bathtub did NOT hold water and had no stopper. Desk clerk seemed unconcerned and suggested I just use a Styrofoam cup to keep it from draining. Very inconvenient to try to take a bath with water leaking out. I choose my hotels by the fact they have bathtubs, so this was a Big Deal. We stayed three nights. Night one, our room was not cleaned and no trash removed, so we had to ask desk for clean towels. The second night no cleaning but towels provided and trash finally removed. Beds NEVER made, room NEVER cleaned during the entire visit, and towels only provided the second day.
