"OVERBOOKED & NEVER STAYED!"

DID NOT LIKE BECAUSE IT WAS OVERBOOKED AND WE COULDN’T STAY AFTER BOOKING THROUGH YOU ALL AND RECEIVING CONFIRMATION. IT WAS GERY INCONVENIENT BECAUSE ALL OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA WERE BOOKED. WILL BE REQUESTING A REFUND IF CC WAS CHARGED.

OVERBOOKED AND RESERVATION WAS NOT HONORED.
