First room they gave the sink was not connected to the wall so the cleaning service didn't report it and the fawset wouldn't shut off. They moved me to a room next door that was much better but had no remote for the TV. I won't be staying there again that's for sure.

The room is pre outdated. There were roaches in the bathroom,and the bathtub has black stuff in it. Made me have to wear shower shoes in shower. Took a longer than usual time to check in as clerk was busy on personal phone

Most of the vending machines were out of order,the ice machine on the floor I was on didn’t work. And I was excited cuz they said they had a gym…that was out of order as well.

Parking lot

Starting with the fact I couldn't find it part due to sign not lit up,and when I called, the person answered with name of a different hotel. I had prepaid; however, I was told I had requested a smoking room (I did not) and that I had to give them a $100 deposit before I could get my room. No mention of it on app, and they requested cash...nope. No key card, door unlocks via code, which made me very uneasy. No interior deadbolt. I would have gone somewhere else, but I prepaid so...
