Good location.

Nothing not to like!

We got to our room, and the heat/AC wasnt working. I called down to the desk, and less than 5 minutes later, a repairman came in and fixed the issue (the plug under the unit had come loose). The free breakfast is amazing, and a wonderful perk! We always stay at this hotel when we come down, and this was out 3rd time here. We have a 4th stay already booked! Also, the pool is heated in the winter apparently! Didn't know that!

It was a great stay, I have nothing to add here.

The staff were excellent for a one night stay. We had plans to stay at other lodging in Gatlinburg however we decided to leave that hotel early because it was not a very good experience. So we left early and came here. They were very accommodating. Dinner was great at the restaurant downstairs and the rooms were very clean. They did a good job of remodeling this hotel. I can see how the noise others wrote about could be an issue however it was not an issue for us. Most of the hotels in the area have open hallways with doors facing roads anyway. We will be back.

We did not have the breakfast.

The bed could have been a little better, just felt like our feet were higher than our head. It’s all good!

The rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly. The breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing my room didn’t have was a microwave. It isn’t a deal breaker.

Got to check-in at 4:30, at 5:30 we were put in a room that had not been cleaned. I told them fine, we had to go to dinner and would check in afterwards but he insisted they would not have the room clean in an hour and a half even though the maid was only 2 doors down. Waited another 20 minutes to get reassigned and then were put on second floor which was inconvenient with our dog and my husband's knees so we had to take elevator which I told attendant room but put us in room far away which we had hard time finding and had to walk forever from the elevator. Check in was a disaster. He did apologize. We did not eat the free breakfast because it was not buffet and we were afraid it would be a disaster like check-in. Also bathroom was a barn door that sticks. Not good.

It’s cute and all fun designs, the pool and airstream/food truck is the best part!

I only got 2 “free” breakfast while I had a party of 4. The other 2 being children. Advertising was wrong on the breakfast party. And parking sucks!

The property had a really cool vibe, the pool area is amazing and the rooms were cleanish. (Hair every where because the room was rushed cleaned.. even at 4pm with check out time being 11am) The location is right in the middle of everything and across from the island

I’m not one to complain but when we got there we waited over an hour in a half just to check in. The woman clerk was very stand offish… Then on our second night the fire alarms went off twice @ 3 and 5. No one said it was clear or safe or even what was going on. Every one stood around wore out. When we asked what happened the next morning by the same clerk.. we were told it was the alarm system and that it was “their bad” with no apologies or anything to lighten the mood. At this time we didn’t ask for a refund because we understand things happen but it’s how it was handled. After we spoke with the clerk we heard a couple ask for a sheet change and the same clerk said “we don’t do that, but we can for you.” This is also the same clerk that kept telling us 5 mins and checked in people who showed up after us during our hour wait. After we received our response on “their bad” we asked for corporates number in which we were told “I don’t have that, we are privately owned but let me take your number down and have the manager call you when she comes in tonight.” We didn’t receive a call until I called the hotel..and was told the manger was off duty but they would text her to get that number.. I was then told to call back tomorrow and talk to her… but we are on hold now with Marriott. They were a good motel but they are going to ruin it with staff and not understanding how to handle being busy. Even breakfast tables were empty/dirty beside us with a lobby waiting and we finished before they were clean and people finally go to eat.
