"Confort ok, détails à revoir"

Chambre donnait à l’arrière et donc au calme. La literie était de bonne qualité et le buffet du petit déjeuner bien fourni. L’accueil était correct et efficace. Le parking souterrain est adapté aux grandes voitures. L’hôtel se trouve à environ 10min à pied du centre ville, donc assez pratique pour visiter Aix sans voiture.

L’entretien des chambres et des équipements laisse à désirer. Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles. Le personnel ne semble plus voir les défauts (rideau partiellement décroché pendant tout le séjour, machine a café entartrée, pied de table rouillé). L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très industriel et pas vraiment accueillant.

Hotel qui aurait besoin d une bonne renovation compte tenu du prix et du nombre d etoiles ??!! Chambre sonore celle qui nous a ete attribuee etait une chambre communicante( juste une porte nous separait de l autre chambre...) Pas de service restaurant ce soir la Quartier zone commerciale...pas terrible....l Point positif :personnel a l accueil Agreable Conclusion une fois mais pas plus !!!

Les chambres ,couloirs encombres par des chaussures de residents??.. L emplacement zone commerciale toutefois pas tres loin du centre ville
