Best Western Plus White Bear Country Inn

Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean and staff is attentive. Owner makes an effort to keep his property up to date. Rudy's rooftop is a real crowd pleaser. Always packed on a sunny day. It is an oasis up there; food is great and atmosphere almost tropical.

The bed was comfortable. Restaurant on site was convenient even though we did not go to. The staff was friendly for the most part.

We didn't have cold water in our sink and when our 6 year old son was washing his hands not knowing he burned his hand on the hot water. Issue was brought up to staff but the issue was not resolved and my husband hung up on him. Not so great brushing teeth with hot water. We should've been comped our room for this huge safety issue and inconvenience but no resolutions were even attempted. We also were blocked in the parking lot as vehicles were allowed to park on the outside of parking making it virtually impossible to get out and when asked to find the owners of the vehicles manager came out and helped us get out but upon returning all vehicles were still parked there.

A charming chain hotel that didn't feel like a chain. The rooms were nicely appointed with special "white bear" touches. Great towels and bedding. Loved Rudy's rooftop bar and the saltwater pool area was very nice.

Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating. The rooms super clean. The beds very comfortable. The restaurant food delicious. I highly recommend this place to stay. The pool area very clean. A roof top restaurant that overlooks the city. Very lively. Food excellent on the roof top. Close to downtown. Can walk. Lots of other places to eat and shop

Need more shampoo and conditioner. The bottles are too small. The hair dryer was inoperable

Wonderful pool and accommodations great for families

Site has great on site full service restaurant and a full service restaurant/open roof top bar. Location was great with easy access to businesses in White Bear. Indoor pool available. Parking is easy and plenty of room was available for hotel guests and restaurant patrons.

It was good. Nice view. Great place.

Megan was awesome about getting us checked in. I really enjoyed the layout, being able to eat my breakfast and read a book in the pool courtyard was nice. The rooms were clean and well lit, and the beds were pretty comfy. I also liked having the option to do some laundry there, and the attached restaurant was decent.

Workout area needed attention. Would have been nice to have a quiet conference room to meet with family. Hard to hear others in the pool area while visiting.
