Pools closed, a/c non-functioning, some of my personal items were missing after housekeeping 1/2 cleaned room, management peaking into room while buckling kids in car seats, printing not working, uncomfortable lumpy pillows, should I continue?
There was no Towles in the room holes in the wall and when I told them they never gave us towels
Probably the worst motel maintenance we have ever seen. Mildew in the room, molding coming off the wall, carpet stained, cutain malfunctioning, and pool out of order (obviously no maintenance in some time).smelled,of marijuana, furniture outside door looked like someone slept on it
I really don’t like when people knock you door in the middle of the night

We showed up and we couldn't get the room we had booked. So we got a different hotel room somewhere else

Carpet stained badly. Live roaches found in bed. Food residue on air conditioner. Too much to mention here. All things regarding cleanliness that should be better.
When we checked in the guy was asleep at the desk. The “continental breakfast “ was two types of cereal and muffins. When we asked if there were any healthier options such as fruit we were told “no, it’s a continental Breakfast” the room smelled like pee or it was a previously smoked in room. I have no idea why there’s as many stars for it as I saw.
