Royal Inn Keystone

Website stated that there was a pool, it was closed. Very limited breakfast, muffins, toast and cereal. Extremely disappointed for the price.

Room was small breakfast was limited.

Indoor pool was not open, sign said closed for season?? Receptionist said broken for long time!!

Nice place to stay, just needs a little updating. New carpet in hallways. I loved that they had chairs in the rooms that were comfortable for watching tv at night. The owners were extremely nice.

Was greated by hotel manager and they were friendly. But then later found out that they had closed the pool for the season, even though the pool was an indoor pool. We were not happy about that, we booked there because of the pool. The Continental breakfast was cereal and muffins only. Found some else’s hair in our shower. When we went to shower, the water had a slow drain; so you were standing in water. It also looked like the bathtub had not been cleaned. We stayed 4 days there and housekeeper never came in to check or take towels or the garbage.

The owner was so gracious and so courteous but the overall hotel was disgusting. It's very dirty. They are clearly trying to squeeze every inch and every dollar out of that place. I think we (my family) might have been the only actually paying guests on the first floor, otherwise it was all the owners family members occupying the first floor. They squeezed double beds into tiny rooms that should only have a king bed in it, and the bed frames are too big for the double beds-the bed frames are clearly for queen sized beds so watch your shins because you will leave with bruises. The floor, which is carpet, was dirty and sticky. The walls were filthy and right next to the bed on the wall was a smeared bloody booger from a previous guest. The bathroom was not any better either, aside from having the sink outside of the toilet and shower area, the shower curtain had never been washed and was very mildewy and brown. Entering the bathroom one time I found/saw a centipede crawl across the floor.

The Royal Inn was very peaceful and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!!
