It was what expected

The Peloton in the gym and the breakfast!! LOVE IT!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this location and whenever I go to Salisbury North Carolina I will be staying there.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and it was delicious. The service and hospitality was amazing. Lastly, we liked the location. We were not far from stores. If we are in the area again, we will definitely go back.

I’ve been to the hotel many times nice day comfortable rooms cold breakfast offerings are fine. The hot offerings are on lunappetizing. They look like freeze dried eggs and stuff like that. Also, the coffee is terrible. I made the point to the hotel many times it should install a cub, but that suggestion has been unheeded

Location is perfect! It is a quick turn from the main road and youre there. The young lady at the desk, Paula, is a gem! I am disabled and forgot and left my cane at home. Did not know that it was missing since we had left home for the road trip that morning. I just mentioned it to her and she was very instrumental in helping me get another. Plus she gave us some very good suggestions as to places to visit and eat in the area. She was always available to talk with or answer any concerns we may have. I watched her converse with other guests also and she was always pleasant and helpful. Thanks Paula!! Breakfast has changed since our last visit for the best! Love the homemade biscuits!!! Love that you got rid of the premade sandwiches. They weren't that good. Everything else on the breakfast menu is PERFECT for a varietable continental breakfast! Don't change anything else.

The mattress on the bed and the pillows need to be replaced. A mattress is worn when you can see it sinking and you can feel the springs in it when you either sit or lay down on it. Pillows are diff and unique fir everyone but when a pillow is so soft that there is nothing there to grip or put your head on bc its so flat then it need to be replaced.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Salisbury. The staff is always kind and friendly. The rooms are on the larger side, clean, and always stocked with what I need to have a great trip. Location is convenient from the highway and easy to get around to visit family. On our recent trip, where my family and I experienced significant travel delays with airlines, thus causing us to get into Charlotte at Midnight. I was able to call the hotel and speak to a kind gentleman at the front desk to let him know we would be checking in very late. We got to Salisbury around 1:15 am. Were greeted with a friendly smile, by name, and promptly given our room. The beds were so comfortable and helped us rejuvenate ourselves for the next day.

Wonderful staff, came in later after a long drive. The staff at the counter was very sweet. Check in was fast and simple. Made it to the room. Check out was easier than that. Room was very clean. (Biggest thing i always look for)
