I was so impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. This is my first time in Salisbury that I found a hotel that I was comfortable and not afraid to lie on the bed.

"Poor! "

It was not comfortable, no heat! Was blowing cold air, no hot water for shower, lukewarm, lights didn’t work in kitchen area, was too tired when we got there to call anyone, we turned heat off completely, but the final straw was no hot water! Froze getting out of shower. We payed good money for this room, evidently hotel is more concerned with saving money and customers not being comfortable, will not recommend!!!! Will never stay at a Hilton again!

Nice layout

The bed was terrible. They charged for parking for one night, said they would remove the charge and then didn’t. Check out clerk was rude.

"Hard bed, otherwise excellent hotel."

Very clean and welcoming. The room was fantastic.

The king bed was hard and very difficult to sleep on. Besides that, there were absolutely no complaints.
