"Un hotel elegante, cómodo y bien ubicado"

1. El buen trato del personal de Recepción (Gaby), Ama de Llaves (Griselda) y del restaurante (Juan Carlos). Todos muy amables y profesionales. 2. La habitación, cómoda, amplia, bien climatizada y con muy bonita vista al jardín interior. 3. Las instalaciones, de noche, lucen muy bien para fotografías.

1. La tina de hidromasaje de la habitación 129 tenía un desperfecto en el tapón de fondo y eso provocaba que el agua fuera bajando de nivel. Prometieron arreglarlo pronto. 2. El estacionamiento para huéspedes es un poco reducido y luego se llena con invitados de los eventos sociales. La segunda noche tuve que dejar mi coche afuera del hotel por varias horas. 3. La alberca, en comparación con el tamaño del hotel, es pequeña y de poca profundidad (1.43 m). El agua a temperatura ambiente está bien en temporada de calor, pero en invierno...
