"Non smokers beware"

The property is amazing and would have earned my highest rating if not for the smoking. There are no posted signs telling people where they cannot smoke, so they smoke at the pools and the beach. Just awful for us, a family of nonsmokers. I can put up with a lot, but burning eyes and lungs and smelling like an ashtray is unacceptable in today’s world. We ended up spending a lot of time off property and on our balcony. There is nothing worst for a family of non smokers than to be marinated in second hand smoke for a week. If this is not addressed, we will not be back. I do not recommend this resort for nonsmokers or families with children.

"Magical!"

Our stay at InterContinental Koh Samui was absolutely magical. The staff were the absolute highlight of our trip, so kind and thoughtful, cannot do enough for you. The resort is beautiful, rooms are breathtaking and really clean. My only criticism was waiting times for drinks and food in the restaurants. They'd often come out at different times and some people would finish their meal and dishes were still missing. Apart from that everything was perfect. Thank you to all staff who made our stay exceptional!

- Les chaises longues ne sont pas en nb suffisant. Les clients les réservent tôt, y restent peu de temps… Quand ils partent , ils ne prennent pas le soin de libérer leurs chaises longues … Bref des chaises occupées par personne.
