Terrific! The restaurant breakfast manager was very attentive during breakfast. The Night time Restaurant manager was very hospitipal during my whole stay! I left 500 pesos to him with thw guy at the desk when I checked out I really hope he got it! I also left some extra pesos like 200 to the maid because my boss left a huge mess in our room and I feel terrrible and really bad. The concierge found everything I needed and went above and beyond expexted! The doorman was so quick to pay my taxi out of his own pocket and the cashed in my dollars for pesos before I even reallized it! He had it done! I would have been lost with out him! Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Quinta Real is one of the most beautiful hotels, conveniently located, welcoming service, gorgeous spacious and very comfortable suites, beautiful grounds! It was an extra bonus with beautiful poinsettas and a tree and decorations for the holidays! Hope to return and recommend highly!

Old Mexico style with modern amenities. Loved the artworks throughout the property. Nothing cookie-cutter about this place, each room unique. Wonderful bar. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Perhaps the largest TV screen I have seen in a hotel room. Very quiet and staff all friendly. A short walk to several outstanding restaurants and coffee houses though you will need a taxi or Uber to go anywhere else.

We could not reach the hotel due to various road blocks on the way stranding us in a town hours away with our sick three year old. We told them about this and they refused us any sympathy and invoiced for the full night stay, not even offering a complimentary stay on the way back from the coast.

Beautiful room and hotel grounds.

It was the first night of our honeymoon just coming from our wedding.. At the time of booking we were told that they would have soemething special in our room to help us celebrate. When we confirmed the room in advance we were once again asured that there would be a special welcoming/c ongratulations gift. Upon our arrival we were disappointed that nothing was there or arranged for us. Considering the reputation and cost of the hotel it was disappointing.
