Spacious room with newly renovated bathroom. Shower was great. Bed was comfy. Complimentary coffee with grinder was much appreciated. Nice choice of herbal teas. Small fridge and electric kettle in the room was handy.

The house is falling apart. Quaint in some ways but desperately needs painting and basic maintenance. Wasp nest in woodwork of porch outside our room meant we couldn’t open that window or sit out on the porch. Lots of piled up rubbish around the grounds. Kitchen was grubby. We had to wash the mouse droppings off the oven trays. Table cloth dirty. I think the owners generosity in allowing guests to use the kitchen they also use is a problem. The actual bedroom was spacious and clean and had a small fridge and electric kettle. Maybe stick to that and don’t use the kitchen.

Host is a very nice and interesting to talk to. Farm had neat things to look at. Very quiet and relaxing. Didn't know we had to tell them we wanted breakfast ahead of time so we missed out on the breakfast both days. I don't know if that was communicated to me or not.

It is a lovely place.This was my first stay at B&B . Owners were very friendly. Place is very quiet, very relaxing . I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much

Our room was very comfortable, and our host was very helpful and welcoming. It felt very homey and cozy. And while it was a long drive from Charlottesville, the area around the farm was lovely for hiking and biking.
