"Not the best"

Location for bars and restaurants

Booked with breakfast, but wasnt made clear it was only cereal or toast and had to pay extra for a full breakfast. No coffee and no staff. Drains were blocked up during the night so had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell. All together, not the best and completely needs a revamp as the whole building needs updating

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very neat, and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for getting around Newcastle.
