Location was good

Check in was horrible ... line up and everyone was being told they had to wait because rooms not ready ... and it was past 4pm!

The room was nice, it was clean, and everything was working.

The hallways defiantly needed an update, as it was dark, and the carpets and elevators needed some cleaning. The hotel itself was also a bit complicated to navigate, signage about what hallways lead where would have also been more accessible to patrons. The hotel was also further from the Kelowna downtown/entertainment district, than advertised and while this is not bad, the price (while on par with other Kelowna hotels) did not reflect that- an extra $30 to be right by the board walk would have been a better value. By far the most disappointing part was the check in staff. So I did book for two nights and due to travel changes I would not be able to stay one of the nights, I called a head and let them know the changes, and I let them know that I don't care that I did not get a refund for the night, I was still okay with paying for both nights, but that I will still be coming and to not give away the reservation. when i arrived the reservation was still there, BUT the check in staff make slight jokes about myself and my friend being late(even though we called ahead) and then proceeded to ask personal questions about WHY we were late. Honestly why you are asking these questions when we already called, and still agreed to pay the full two night stay? It made my friend and I feel very badly as the reason we were late was due to a personal emergency, and the check in staff was pressing to know why?? WHY DO WE HAVE TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO CHECK IN??? honestly it made us feel bad, and as if we did something wrong, even though we called a head, and still paid for both nights with no complaints because it was the policy. overall, the morning check out staff was nice, and even recommended a nice local café to check out for breakfast. The hotel is safe, its overall fine, but just don't expect above average hospitality

The room was clean. Great beds. Very quiet. Wonderful location, right across the street from shopping centre. Free, secure parking. The staff are very welcoming.

The Mr. Mike's restaurant inside of the Ramada was not very good. Service was excellent! The food was not.

Central location and very friendly and helpful staff

A little dated but not bad. The room had a musty mothball sort of smell but the wi Dow opens and it was fine
