"Je recommande, bon hotel"

Séjour de 5 jours pour affaire. Bien dans l ensemble Sdb côté Nord dépourvue de chauffage.... Seul moyen , laisser la porte ouverte, mais le radiateur est alors derrière la porte de la chambre. J espère ne jamais croiser l architecte......

"Etape un dimanche soir"

Arrivée avec mon épouse un dimanche soir pour faire une étape sur le trajet du retour vers la Bretagne. Hôtel difficile à trouver malgré l'utilisation d'un GPS. L'adresse "Lotissement Gaussens" n'existe pas dans le GPS. Il n'y a pas de panneau indicateur "BRIT HOTEL" alors qu'il en a pour IBIS BUDGET et FORMULE 1 à côté. A l'accueil, il m'a été confirmé que je ne suis pas le premier client qui a eu des difficultés à trouver.

Hotel et réception sympatique. Difficulté à trouver l'hotel, par rapport à l'adresse, le GPS nous envoi au centre d'AGEN. Si possibilité d'apporter des précisions à l'adresse, car ce n'est pas agréable de tourner en rond.

"Ideal stopping point"

Arrived Friday late afternoon with quick checkin. The restaurant was not open that evening so had to drive around to find suitable eating place. The location of the hotel was very good for our onward journey and would use it again

"No food to be had"

After travelling 600miles to get there and arriving 20.10pm we were told the restaurant was closed because they had a group of children and about 4 adults in, 25 at most altogether. The hotel blurb states the restaurant is open until 21.30pm and that room service is available. None of this was offered by the receptionist just instruction as to where to eat out!! We could see at least 10 empty tables in the restaurant, not happy at all. An e-mail would at least of forewarned us and we could have stopped elsewhere.
