A good, central hotel. Some dust bunnies, but otherwise clean. Breakfast is basic, but eggs were great and they provided me a to go breakfast for my early morning departure.

A basic hotel with pleasant staff. Don’t get excited about breakfast. It will do the job but lots of missing items. Easy walking to everything.

A simple hotel, but well located, close by the center and El Mercado de las Brujas.

The staff is really nice , they helped us to have an early check in and find delivery food on suday (when everything was close). Its close (15 min walk) to mercado de brujas and murillo avenue an 30 min drive from airport.

Great location, nice room. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Great experience overall.

The kind gentleman checking us in at around 7:30pm was new and unfortunately not familiar with the system. We walked into our assigned room and there was an unknown couple in the bed. Turns out we were given an already occupied room. This was a humiliating experience for all of us, but particularly for the couple in bed. We were then offered another room, but when we walked in we realized it had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests left. There was trash and the bed was unmade, etc. We were then given a very small but clean room with twin beds instead of the executive double (large) room we paid for. The hotel did serve us lunch to make up for it and paid for our airport shuttle ($13). I would have preferred to have the room we paid for. Breakfast was not ready at the promised 7am time and it was not varied at all. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom stays wet b/c there is only half of a shower door. The location is perfect, on Plaza de San Pedro.

I was a guest of the this hotel for about 12 nights. Very loyal to this hotel until they charged me $20 for a guest that was here for 2 hours and my room is just over $20 per night. I started booking for 2 people so this does not occur and they tried to charge almost 100% again. I did laundry here and my 8 shirts and 8 socks ended up costing $32 which is more than 2 person stay. I called 4 other hotels and I would have paid about $2-3. They are greedy with everything here. Also, don't exchange dollars here, I found the exchange houses that give me 8.3 instead if the 7.5 rate here. One lady charged me extra for eggs so I thought it was the norm then the rest of the days I got free eggs for breakfast so not sure if she was lying. Some days they don't have any eggs available and some they do. The breakfast is free and included so mot sure why I was paying her for the eggs. Overall I have a bitter taste staying here with all the extra fees after staying here for so many days and exchanging over $1,000. In the end they don't care and I started exchanging at the exchange houses and not referring my local friends to this greedy hotel.

Wonderful spot to stay - we were there for a couple weeks. Very clean, daily room service. Amazing variety at breakfast - including omelette made fresh to order! Dinner is cheap with great portion sizes, kitchen staff are lovely. Cute balcony and great view of surrounding mountains. Very convenient location, close to Witches Markets and cable cars. Highly recommend.

you would need to ask for the hair dryer, and the one I got was not working...
