Yes it was very nice.

i love when you enter it’s such a cozy vibe! and i fell in love with my suite i could’ve lived in it. i had a kitchen and full stocked with utensils and pans. i would definitely recommend Homewoods by hilton to friends and family ! staff was very helpful and happy to help. i enjoyed my stay very much

Great location. Nice lobby areas.

Pool out of order second day. Didn’t get housekeeping second day despite multiple texts and stopping by front desk which means had to go to desk to get towels and room supplies. Ran out of toilet paper second day. Had to contact front desk four times about a clogged toilet before they addressed it (3 hours later). Breakfast only served until 9 am including weekends and no fresh coffee at 9:15 - went down twice and was told she was ‘getting to it.’ Paying $150 per night on the off-season - I expect much more.

This was a beautiful hotel and very comfortable. I love that we were so close to alot of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.

The pool area could have been a little warmer. It was freezing!!

We are a military family that travels a lot. Oftentimes, we meet that special person that makes a positive difference in the lives of others. Ms. Rachel, at Homewood Suites Lynchburg VA is that person! Rachel was an outstanding hotel representative. She displayed a friendly demeanor at all times, great customer service skills, and was very helpful and knowledgeable in her role. During a busy time at the desk with several guests, she took the time to acknowledge everyone, letting them know that she would be with them shortly. Sometimes just acknowledging someone carries a lot of weight! I forgot to retrieve my extra pillows (due to a back injury) that I requested during my reservation process, and she took the time to bring them to my room. Who does that? Most times no one even take the time to read the notes from the customer. Rachel went the extra mile without reservation. Ms. Rachel made our experiences during our stay great ones! She is truly a consummate professional and an asset to the Hilton establishment. Because of her, Hilton has gained my increased customer loyalty, and we will continue with future stays!
