Loved everything about it

I was on the third floor back of property where a train track was just outside my window. i went to be early, but was awakened several times by the train noise. About an hour after I checked in I received a fraud alert for the credit card I used at check in. Coincidence, maybe? not sure tho.

This hotel was nice, but customer service was lacking. The issue was my room was not ready at check in time. I was told it would be 30 minutes. An hour and half later we were finally getting into our room, and housekeeping was still working on it! I also had requested to be moved away from a "kids slumber/pool party." The party was right above us, so I heard the noise all night. I did request to speak to a manager and there was not one on duty. I was told a manager would call me and I haven't received a call yet. I dealt with 2 different receptionists. I've been a Hilton Honors member for years and this was the poorest customer service I have received. There was a huge lack of communication amongst staff. Otherwise, the room was great. I booked a queen suite. The room was huge and even had a ceiling fan! It was clean and had all of the mentioned amenities. The bed was comfy, and we had plenty of pillow. My daughter used the indoor pool until the "pool party" became overwhelming. We did have breakfast. It was the typical hotel breakfast. This is a great location if you have students at Liberty; just go in with low expectations of customer service.

The accommodations were very nice, only 2 staff members were exceptional, and I regret I didn't get their names. Our greeting on arrival was mediocre, though she did seem to warm up after I joked around a bit. Parking was free and safe.

Breakfast had a large variety and everything was kept stocked in a timely manner.

I would recommend a second waffle maker. The party in front of us had 6 children and they all wanted waffles, so a you can imagine, we didn't have time to get waffles. Also, the bathroom was too small.

Terrible experience. This is one of the worst hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. Staff was not helpful one bit. They acted like they didn’t know anything that was going on. Also the breakfast was very minimal and the eating area was extremely dirty. Do not stay here!
