"Loved it, but …"

We really loved the space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was a nice surprise. The shower had fantastic water pressure, but I was a little worried about slipping in the tub while showering. I am a total ‘priss when it comes to hotels. This place absolutely pass the test for me!

I would’ve given the hotel a solid 10, but we had an issue with noise from directly above. There was obviously a very wired up toddler / child jumping until midnight. We gave ‘grace’ until it struck midnight and had to call down to the desk. The person on staff handled that very nicely and the noise stopped within 5 minutes… but rest assure, it started right back up at 6 AM. Remind you, this is not the fault of the child… My hospitality/marketing suggestion that would behoove any hotel, any star rating — is — make it a protocol practice to always assign families with children to the first floor. It will make a huge difference in your reviews… and be extremely kind and mindful to all the other guests.
