Embassy Suites San Luis Obispo

The rooms were large with comfortable chairs and a comfortable mattress. They had a small refrigerator and microwave.

The breakfast could have had a greater variety of fresh fruit.

Very clean Open and airy main area.

Nothing to comment on.

I attended a conference at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, conference food was great and you can't beat the breakfast and evening reception. Great place to stay while in the area.

Checked in and checked out !! Lobby stale and smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevators were even worse! Carpets in hallways looked as though they had never been cleaned. Room dated and not at all clean. Curtains dirty and torn. And the very worst was that the suite they assigned (which was the largest and most expensive in the hotel) was immediately over the freeway. Let alone any possibility of sleeping with the noise I had to go into the bathroom and close the door to be heard when making a phone call. How Hilton could associate their name with such a cesspool is not clear to me.
