Oublié deux pantalons dans la chambre, après un appel de ma part pour prévenir le personnel, aucune réponse de l'hotel.... Inacceptable ! Voire malhonnête. J'attends une explication.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambres confortables, propres, bonne literie. Emplacement très bien

Le bruit de la clim et surtout celui des portes des chambres qui claquent. Impensable dans un hôtel de ce standing que les portes n'aient pas d'amortisseur efficace. On a beau retenir la porte, elle claque bruyamment! Donc réveillé et dérangé par les claquements de portes des gens qui rentrent et sortent de leurs chambres.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen.Die Lage auf der Durchreise war optimal.

Not far off the Motorway and restaurant attached to hotel.

The air conditioning was set at 26 degrees on an extremely hot night. We could not open the window as the air conditioning units were immediately outside our window. It was unbearably hot and we struggled to sleep.
