Location was excellent. Quiet despite being central.

The pillows were uncomfortable. We ended up buying our own. The TV reception wasn’t good and no ability to login to streaming services.

Maintained being done this morning to the front entrance, it seemed like the apartment was not as per the pictures atheistically speaking and cleanliness was ok, dusty.

"overall, it was disappointing Adina Melbourne do better"

loved the location, beds were comfortable

Our room wasn't clean on check in, fridge didn't work then the room we moved into still wasn't up to a decent cleaning standard the only saving Grace was Alex a staff member who went above and beyond to make sure our new room was thoroughly cleaned management need to do better give proper allocated time housekeeping staff paying what we paid they need to do much better
