Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne

Ten of us stayed in four apartments at the Adina. WE booked for three nights and found the amenities, location and friendly staff a reason to return.

Adina Melbourne The worst of the worst. An experience that was simply unacceptable in every respect. From the lobby — frequented by rather unsettling individuals — to the corridors and the rooms, the overall impression was of a neglected, almost shady environment that felt anything but safe. Cleanliness was nonexistent: towels that had clearly already been used were hung up as if they were fresh, the carpet was visibly dirty, and there were unpleasant odors throughout. We had booked a three-bedroom penthouse expecting high standards… but the reality was completely different: a property that not only failed to meet expectations, but didn’t even meet basic acceptable standards. This is one of those places where the online image is completely misleading. The laundry facilities were unusable (the washing machine was left closed with water inside), and there was false information regarding wooden flooring, which was in fact nowhere to be found. The experience was made worse by poor management at reception: rude and unprofessional behavior. We checked out just five minutes after checking in. It was simply impossible to stay. And no — not even this review truly captures how bad it was. Avoid it. Without any doubt.

Location is fantastic for our annual footy trip !

It's showing its age needs a bit of money spent on it . Maintenance is not up to date . TV's need to be updated to at least a smart TV . Possibly add foxtel so you can at least watch some sports (AFL) ! Would waste a lot of water trying to get the temperature right and poor pressure !
