For reservations made after 10:00 pm, check-in must be made from the automatic terminal located next to the front door, by entering the name stipulated on the reservation. "Perfect for a short stay or, as we were, just passing through"

We were given a nice room facing the car park, with a large, accessible bathroom. Good location just outside the village, almost on the Moselle.

The only downside was that the hairdryer was broken and there was no spare one at reception.

La deco formule 1

Un vrai hotel à passe ça hurlait dedans dehors des femmes pleurait ou jouissaient. Pas de serviette dans la chambre aucun numero donné ne permet de contacter un responsable il a fallut chercher en ligne et insister pour qu'on nous fournisse les serviettes...pres de 40mn de galère. Des gens m'ont supplier de payer pour eux a la borne extérieure par CB leur taxes de séjours car la borne n'accepte pas le sans contact. Ils ne pouvaient pas avoir accès a leur réservation deja payée. Le responsable s en foutait royallement car la machine ne le concerne pas Distributeur en panne le bouton de départ pour passer commande ne fonctionne pas On avait super soif. Pas de telecommande pour la TV de la chambre.. Ca exigerait littéralement REMBOURSEMENT Expérience CATASTROPHIQUE Une nullité absolue Une HONTE UN IMMENSE REGRET
