Reception is open: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 22:00. Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 08:00 to 16:00. If you plan to check in outside these hours, a late check-in can be arranged if you contact the hotel before 10:00 pm on the day of arrival. For reservations made after 10:00 pm, check-in must be made from the automatic terminal located next to the front door, by entering the name stipulated on the reservation. Please inform Enzo Hotels Pont a mousson by Kyriad Direct in advance of your expected arrival time. You can enter this information in the "Special requests" section when booking, or contact the hotel directly. The hotel's contact details will appear on your booking confirmation. "Bed en kamer OK, GEEN WARM water !!!!! Persoeel - receptie - niet bereid tot compensatie."

Bij aankomst was de warm water voorziening vervangen. Dus bij aankomst geen warm water, maar er werd ons stellig beloofd dat de volgende ochtend het water weer warm zou zijn. HELAAS de volgende ochtend GEEN warm water, waardoor een belangrijk onderdeel van een overnachting in een hotel (Bad en bed) verviel. De receptie stond niet open voor een tegemoetkoming of korting. Het enige wat ze ter compensatie aanboden was een ontbijt. Maar dat maakt weinig goed en sloegen we dus ook af. Personeel toonde weinig empathie ten aanzien van het probleem. Ik raad dit hotel daarom af.

"Je fais chercher un autre hôtel pour mon prochain séjour à Pont-à-Mousson"

Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours, oreillers trop gros et trop durs, couette tient trop chaud, chambre bruyante, l'entretient du bâtiment laisse à désirer.
