"Big suites with sea view and close to everything "

Very nice suites and the staff were very friendly and helpful all the way. Parkingservice and luggage pickup worked perfectly. The suites were very spacious and very clean and the view was great and location perfect regarding the citycenter and public transportation….but it we stayed there in a weekend and a bar very close to the hotel played very high music each night until 02-03 am. But overall we can recommend the suites

"Inadequate information"

The room is very nice and the private terrace overlooking the harbor is a great feature, but it’s not really a hotel, and the entrance is treacherous and hard to find. It’s 4 rooms in an apartment building and you enter through a poorly-marked door in the middle of a tunnel on a narrow, busy street. The attendant at the counter is cheerful and helpful, but is not there in the evening and often gone during the day. There are no directions and scant information on the website, so we didnt know in advance that a luggage service and ferry dock pickup were available, and we dragged our suitcases around for 30 minutes trying to find it. They sent an email about that which we didn’t receive until after we arrived, and tried to reach us by phone the day of, but we had no service on the ferry and they didn’t leave a voicemail. Upgrade the website with a map and information about getting to the entrance, and send an explanatory email the week before, not the day of. How hard can that be?

The property is located down my the marina so we didn't need to navigate lots of steps (there are some) to get there and we had access to shops and restaurants near by. Because it was located by the marina and the city bus terminal there were always lots of activity going on, but the hotel room was very quiet when the doors to the balcony were closed and we had a great view of the Mediterranean.
