The walls very thin we could hear everything from upstairs and rooms beside us hard to sleep!!

Neighbors across the hall and maybe next door were all smoking pot in the hallway and in their rooms, causing me to have a terrible night because the pot smoke drifted into my room through the door cracks and instantly filled my room with smoke, causing a sleepless night. I called the front desk clerk and they said they really couldn't do anything about it other than come up and try to see where the smoke was coming from. I never did hear anyone come up and walk around in the hallway to check on it. This is not a satisfactory answer. I have asthma and COPD and was subjected to terrible pot smoke inhalation filling my room because other guests chose to disobey your no smoking rules, but worse, when I called the front desk, they responded that they "really couldn't do much about it." Then why have a no smoking policy at all if people are going to be lighting up in the hallways and rooms with no consequences? Secondly, the air conditioning unit was so loud that it kept waking me up. It was rattling and vibrating very badly like it was going to come apart. It literally sounded like a truck driving through my room. It was not just the normal hum of the A/C unit. The plastic outer case was vibrating badly and making terribly loud vibrating noises. So this, on top of the pot smoke, kept me awake most of the night. When I told the front desk clerk about all of this on checkout, she said she would pass it on to the manager when the manager returned, but when I called later to see if it was done, the manager said they never got any message about these issues, and I had to explain them to her all over again.

2 nights of obnoxious neighbors keeping us up all night with no sleep, forcing one of us to sleep in the car. Staff claimed they're unable to do anything to help and unwilling to refund our stay. General manager herself claimed she was only able to discount us 10%. Do not stay at wellaville if you have other options.

Lots of construction- our room was nice- quiet. No services interrupted
